The diet actually consists of only seven days of cabbage soup. However, you can also have one or two other foods, such as almond milk, fruits or vegetables every day. Cabbage is a low-calorie food, which means you will burn more calories than you consume.
The more cabbage soup you eat, the more weight you lose. Therefore, this diet should not be applied for more than one week.
