newdiscoover.com listened to James Duigan (personal trainer of celebrities, and who has worked with Elle Macpherson and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley), and asked what are the reasons for unwanted tummy volume.

Review your diet. Avoid diet products and low-fat foods. Instead, eat eggs, lean meat, vegetables and foods with good fats such as avocado, nuts and fatty fish. Exercise. You don’t have to go to the gym, just take long walks, squats, inverted bends and strides. Special instructions :
